I recently moved to the area and changed doctors soon after. I can't believe the difference. The Southend Road surgery is so much better than my last doctors and the service I've received from Dr Detorri, Dr Scott and the nice ladies on reception has been absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much for what you do.

Absolutely the best GP practice around. Kind, helpful and sympathetic receptionists. Dr.Folson is a great GP. Appointment making is a bit difficult via online system as I am not techno savvy but I do get to see her when I need to. Since they moved the surgery to Giffords Cross I thought it might cause some problems but in fact it is much better and easier. There is plenty of parking and easy access. All in all a great practice all round.

A truly fantastic surgery! The reception staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The doctors are fantastic, I’ve always felt so comfortable and listened to when I’ve been in for an appointment.

HATE disabled patients. Told my husband he could not park in the disabled parking with his disabled mum who is in a wheelchair because the doctor needed to park and they aren’t for patients. Maybe they should change the signs and say parking is for staff only.

Worst experience with a surgery, have to ring 8:30 in the morning to get an appointment on the day. I rung from 8:30, 188 times, finally getting through at 8:49 to be told there's no appointments left! I'm in such a bad condition and off from work but was offered an appointment for next week, how is that helpful when I'm so bad now??!! A real shame as the doctor is really lovely but so unfortunate that you can't actually get an appointment when you're unwell. Stressed me out even more and made me feel worse!

They are horrible! Treat you like dirt from the receptionist to the Doctors. They don’t listen to you, you have to chase them up even though they never seem to have any appointments.
